Thank you so so much!!!! I have long hair that comes below my butt now and I have been at a loss at finding ways to get my hair out of the way when I want to. I have been unable to find a way that succesfully keeps my hair up, doesn't damage my hair, tug on my hair and gives me a headache or takes a lot of time and effort or supplies I don't have. This is simple and effective, easy and fast to do once you get how it works and it doesn't require any supplies either. And on top of that it also looks really good. You can go for casual, fancy and everything in between with this look. I just tried this for the first time less than minutes ago so I don't know yet how well it will hold with my hair. My hair is very straight and not grippy at all so maybe I need to redo thos bun after a while if I am active, or secure it with something if I want to. But even if I have do redo it during the day, this is still an amazing hairstyle!!! Your tutorial is fantastic and you have saved me a lot of hassle and knots in my hair from unsuccesful hair styles 😂.

Is there a way to leave the hip gores open and just, let's say, hem the whole bottom edge with bias tape? Or would that be a stupid idea, structurally speaking? 😅 I have a corset that actually came with 4 sandwiched gores, but they aren't wide enough.

I have started the process of removing the existing hip gores of my corset, which aren't wide enough. It came with 4 of those; 2 on each side, each pair sitting on either side of the boning that runs down the center of each side, if that makes sense. I'm wondering if it'll be enough to replace one on each side, or should I do all four? I'm not sure which version makes more sense structurally/symmetrically. As an alternative to inserting new gores, I have also pondered just leaving them open (I'm only planning to wear this one underneath my clothes anyway) - would that be an option as well?

Typically, I rip/cut the modesty panel because I hate the way it scrunches. It never occurred to me to change its structural integrity; how clever! :)

I just came back from doing a hair donation of 24 inches in length, plus a regular haircut after that. I was surprised when I weighed myself at home and saw that I had lost 6.5 pounds in the last 4 days. It got me wondering how much my hair had weighed and figures not much 😂 I guess I've just been very successful with my dieting (borderline fasting), or maybe the scale is lying.

What if my corset is cheap but it doesn't hurt me and I'm waist training slowly to do it safely? People are scaring me so bad saying I will get my organs injured with a cheap corset.

Dang! That's a lot. Why didn't I think of that? 😮. Long hair gets heavy and thick; people claim that heavy hair causes headaches but I do believe that it is just a myth. Because a zillion things cause headaches.

How did you track your steps and distance?

Plantar fasciitis: it's most likely points of contracted muscle in your calves, called trigger points. Work these out, and it goes away. See the Trigger Point Therapy Workbook. Best fifteen dollars I ever spent. Likely an answer to many of the other pains you might experience too.

This is a great review because you spent time with the machine and you got good results, awesome. I want to get a walking treadmill or treadmill desk but I am not sure if typing on the computer is an issue while I walk. I saw one review where the person said that they can't type while they walk but they can do other things such as video conference or editing videos. You talked about precision being an issue. That makes sense if you are dealing with subtle movements. I feel for my case that precision is not a requirement. I just need a reasonable but minimal amount of body movement while typing. In your experience, is typing an issue? Also, did you notice if focus was slightly off because you have to do two things at once (walk and think)? I did a rough math on how many miles you walk a day and it is about 7-10 miles a day on the treadmill desk. That is about 3000 calories. You might put in another 1000-2000 calories just on daily stuff. So you are reaching about 4000-5000 calories a day and walking 7-15 miles a day. That is pretty good and you are getting most of your walking indoors so your out of the sun, very good.

What do you find you can and can't do as far as computer work while walking? Can you type well and use the mouse?

So what would you recommended for when shell fabric (synthetic) kind of frays away from the seam / boning? I'm debating just gluing the frayed ends down and covering with a patch; that corset is for support under my work clothes.

I've noticed over my corsetting journey, that I do have more gas and bloating when I wear my corset, so this was really helpful!!
